Daniel Hobbin Estate Agents was founded in Torquay in 2021 by Daniel and David. It was founded with the shared aim of providing a more personal, transparent and modern approach to property. From our Torwood Street office, our team provides residential sales, residential lettings, property management, commercial sales and commercial lettings throughout Torquay and the surrounding areas.

Ellise
Having worked in the property sector for over six years in the Torbay area, Ellise has extensive knowledge of sales and lettings. Having taken a break to raise her son, Ellise has recently returned to work. With her strong interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge, she is an invaluable member of our team.
Michael
Having joined Daniel Hobbin Estate Agents in 2024, Michael brings extensive experience from similar roles. A fantastic communicator with excellent people skills and a can-do attitude, he enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about football, both watching and playing.
Keira
Keira has been working in the property industry for several years, and this is her second position as a Sales Progressor. As a result of her knowledge, attention to detail, and relationships that she has developed with local solicitors, she is able to streamline the sale process and ensure that it is completed seamlessly.
Megan
Megan joins us with experience managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. Her role includes conducting viewings, negotiating offers and working closely with buyers, vendors and solicitors to keep transactions moving. Recognised as Best Sales Negotiator across her previous agency group, Megan brings enthusiasm, strong organisation and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
Tara
Tara brings more than 20 years' experience in residential lettings, property management and landlord accounts across South Devon. She has managed busy lettings departments, led property management teams and overseen portfolios of more than 500 homes. Knowledgeable, practical and approachable, Tara is committed to providing landlords and tenants with clear communication, reliable support and a consistently high standard of service.
Kerry
With a strong foundation in both sales and administration, Kerry brings a distinct blend of efficiency and customer focus to our lettings team. Her sales & administration background means she truly understands the importance of communication and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Whether she is coordinating an upcoming move-in or resolving an inquiry, Kerry’s proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our clients.

Holly has always had a passion for property and knew from a young age she wanted to build a career in the industry.
